Nickel & Gold Project

Largely on aeromagnetic grounds and supported by limited outcrop and historic drilling, the Lake Johnstone Greenstone Belt, which host the producing Maggie Hays & Emily Ann nickel sulphide mines & several other advanced prospects, has been recently interpreted as extending to the Southern Ocean. Some 100kms of that strike extension comprises Minemakers' Tay-Munglinup Project.
The poorly exposed extension has received little historic exploration, although at the Tay project limited RC drilling of nickeliferous massive sulphides has previously returned a best assay of 4m @ 0.3% Ni.
Minemakers has the option to acquire 80% equity in three Exploration Licences (two currently as applications) which cover this newly recognized belt.
While considered highly prospective, Minemakers did not view the project as a core holding when compared to its other projects, most of which contain delineated deposits or mineralization.
On 21 June 2007 the farm-out of the project to Jutt Holdings NL was announced. Jutt has subsequently flown a detailed aeromagnetic survey over the entire belt. Interpreted results are anticipated in early 2008. Minemakers will have an initial free carry at 20%.
